Duties and Responsibilities: Generate quotation, job orders, brochure/catalog, minutes of the meeting, memorandums, follow up and general business letters. Interacts with Business Development Team and Operations/Engineering Team to synchronize execution of projects. Liaising with clients, suppliers/vendors via e-mail or phone as and when needed. Provides support as and when immediate assistance is required and the Business Development Team is not available, offering a seamless transition to the sales process whenever possible. Provides support and assistance to fellow team members/departments, as needed, in order to meet company/team goals. Completes any projects assigned by the Business Development Manager including but not limited to weekly and monthly reports, data entry, prospect mailings and any other sales support functions that may arise. Acts as liaison internally and externally to ensure proper communication is established.
Qualifications: Strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Ability to read and interpret documents such as SLD or procedure manuals. Ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple priorities. Good grammar, voice and diction Must possess computer proficiency and keyboarding skills including familiarity with the computer programs of Word and Excel and Powerpoint. Must have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a team and sales driven environment.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Entry to Mid-level experience Preferably residing in Cavite Prior demonstrated high level organizational skills Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful) Must have strong commitment to company values and the ability to work in a team and sales driven environment
