Duties and Responsibilities: Project Coordination - Collaborate with project manager and other team members to establish project objectives, timelines and deliverables. Coordinate and schedule project activities, ensuring they are executed according to the plan. · Documentation and Reporting - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts. Keep accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any charges or issues encountered. Generate regular progress reports for management and stakeholders. · Communication- Facilitate effective communication between project team members, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Respond to inquiries and provide technical guidance or support as needed. Conduct meetings to ensure everyone is informed about project updates and resolve any conflicts or issues. · Quality Assurance- Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, an industry standard. Conduct inspections to verify that work is executed as per the approved plans and specifications. Identify and address anu quality or safety concerns promptly. · Cost Control - Asist in the preparation of project budgets and monitor expenses to ensure they align with the approved budget. Track and report on the costs of labor, materials, equipment and services. Identify potential cost-saving measures and recommend adjustments to stay within budgetary limits. · Change Management- Evaluate proposed changes to the project scope, schedule, or budget. Assess their impact and feasibility and coordinate with stakeholders to implement approved changes. Updated project documentation accordingly. · Procurement- Assist in the procurement process, including soliciting bids, evaluating proposals, and preparing purchase orders. Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. · Technical Support- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team and address any technical challenges that arise during the project. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve design or construction-related issues. · Risk Management- Identify potential risks and hazard associated with the project and develop mitigation strategies. Implement appropriate safety measures and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. · Continuous Improvement- Seek opportunities to enhance project efficiency, quality, and profitability. Participate in post-project reviews to analyze lessons learned and implement best practices in future projects. · Perform other task which may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications: · Willing to be assigned on any project location · Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering · Licensed Civil Engineer · Must be knowledgeable in MS Office · Must be keen to details · Strong verbal and written communication skills
