Handle office work including filing, sending emails, receiving guests, answering and making client phone calls
Prepare sales invoice, purchase orders, delivery receipts, collection receipts and employees payroll
Conduct liaison work with government agencies like SSS, Pag-ibig, BIR, Government agencies and cargo forwarders
Canvass prices for material purchase
Act as point of contact between management and clients
Consolidate and encode sales reports
Duties and Responsibilities:
Female, 22 years of age or older
Graduate of 4 year college in a course relevant to the position with at least 1 year experience with proven experience as an administrative assistant, liaison officer, or secretary to management staff.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
At least 1 year experience in an office
Preferably with experience in preparing quotations, sales invoices, delivery receipts, collection receipts, purchase orders, payroll and other financial company matters
Preferably with experience in liaison work with banks, government agencies like SSS, BIR, Pag-ibig, City Government agencies, Philhealth
Willing to work overtime and willing to report to our office in Mandaluyong City
Clerical, Teamwork, Technical Writing, Self-Management, Computer/Technical Literacy, Interpersonal Abilities, Adaptability/Flexibility, Fast Learner
