Description: In this role you will work as part of Management Strategies in providing all necessary support to sales and engagement team in winning client projects. You will take direction from sales leads and engagement managers in developing required content for proposals aligned with client needs and serve as lead contact for learning content management.

Duties and Responsibilities: Assists in preparing materials for client proposals oreviews client needs or request for proposals with sales/engagement managers oaligns needs with available Mgtstrat learning content and prepare sales pitches, presentations, reference materials and other documents for client presentations/engagement bids owrites, revises, edits proposal drafts including engagement executive summaries, organization profile, and the like okeeps track of proposal documents/history with bids Leads in Mgtstrat learning content management provide support in crafting learning content to program leads, sales team, and engagement managers related to client needs keep updated records of program designs and other materials catalogs and archives learning content database including program decks & designs conduct research on new and emerging trends and develop materials in the learning and development space aligned with Mgtstrat core service areas

Qualifications: •Graduate of Psychology/Human Resources Management/Behavioral Sciences, or other Learning & Development/Training related fields;•Have minimum 2-year experience in learning/content development and management; proposal writing background is a huge plus•Communications, marketing, sales/client engagement experience is preferred•Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and Mac applications (esp. Excel, PowerPoint, and KeyNote)•Exhibit behaviors related to the followingCompany values of professionalism, learning & innovation, tenacity, collaboration, positive energy, and genuine concernPassionate about people and organization; with keen interest in the learning & development spaceStrong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills; comfortable meeting and presenting to new people on the jobHighly organized with strong attention to detail, thorough; resourcefulSelf-monitoring, requiring little supervision to get things done
