Description: The branch manager will be responsible for the opening of new laundry stores The branch manager will be responsible for the overall operations of several Do-It-Yourself Laundry stores The manager must ensure that the store’s objectives are met by running the following store functions and smoothly Sales and customer service Technical repair and logistics management for parts Inventory management Stock keeping and physical count General administration HR concerns Monitors daily store’s sales analysis Personally screens and conducts laundry interview of crew applicants Look for new branch locations Negotiate for rent & other related lease concerns Coordinate with the contractor for related concerns during construction Analyze store’s financial statements (Budgets, Expenses, and Profitability) In charge of the development and training of all employees Conducts employee evaluations/performance appraisals Establish regular coordination meetings and training session required Conduct sales and marketing campaigns in the neighborhood Must ensure branch profitability Must maintain an organized customer database for the future marketing campaign
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year college degree With at least 1 year of work experience in the same position Leadership skills – The Branch Manager applicants must have the leadership and experience leading a team Technical Skills – Strong background in Sales and Customer Service Analytical Skills – The Branch Manager must be able to take data, convert it to information and make observations and recommendations from them Problem Solving Skills – After sufficient observation, the Branch Manager must be able to propose solutions and see those proposals turn into action. With good relationship skills and supervisory skills Can work in a fast paced environment Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills Must be proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint applications Candidates who have a driver license and can drive a motorcycle or car is an advantage
