Description: •Exhibit system mastery and appropriate technical background to provide information and insights on solution design and/or analysis. •Master the Financial Management and Supply Chain Management processes and other related business facets in connection with the ERP practice. •Create, manage and maintain documentations needed in the project. •Assist or provide inputs for business analysis in the areas of requirements lifecycle management, requirements analysis and design definition and solution evaluation. •Build customer confidence by ensuring customer satisfaction, setting achievable customer expectations, assuming responsibility for solving customer problems, ensuring commitments to customers are met, soliciting opinions and ideas from customers and responding to both internal and external customers with equal priority.•Assist in verifying requirements by helping ensure that requirements and design specifications and models meet quality standards and are usable for the purpose they serve. •Maintain requirements by retaining requirement accuracy and consistency throughout and beyond the change during the entire requirements life cycle. Support reuse of requirements in other solutions. •Assist in defining design options by helping define the solution approach, identifying opportunities to improve the business, allocate requirements across solution components and represent design options that achieve the desired future state.•Conduct demo walkthroughs every sprint, aid stakeholders during sprint tests, facilitate user trainings and handle client support during deployment migration and go live. •Carry out administrative tasks by preparing, reviewing and submitting in a timely manner all project forms and reports (i.e., Activity Sheets, Daily Activity Report, Reimbursement/Expense Form, etc.) in order to initiate other dependent processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Commerce, Finance Management or similar. •Preferably with CPA, or pursuing. With at least 1 year working experience in finance or supply chain. •Good grammar and technical writing skills, as well as excellent process definition and brainstorming documentations. •Excellent oral communication, customer service, client interaction and interpersonal skills. •High degree of insight and conceptual and analytical skills demonstrating problem-solving skills and orientation to details. •Exemplifies role-enabling characteristics such as motivation, team orientation, effective and assertive communication, trust building, professionalism and productivity
