Duties and Responsibilities: You shall maintain and update the lapsing schedule of Fixed Assets and encode its monthly amortization in the Peachtree thru a Journal Voucher. The lapsing schedule of Fixed Assets must be submitted to the Chief Accountant every 15th day of each month. You are in charge in checking all the daily reimbursement of employees on transportation and other expenses, and make sure that the provision on Article XXVII Section 5 of Orange Book are strictly implemented. You are in charge in checking the claims of employees on meal allowance for out of town trips and make sure that all the provisiosn on Article XI of the Orange Book on Meal Allowances are strictly implemented. You are in charge in checking the reimbursement or liquidations of employees on the actual usage of gasoline fund, and make sure that all the provisions on Memo Circular No. 2008/030 on Gas Fund are strictly implemented. You shall monitor the following pre-numbered documents and make sure these are correctly and completely encoded in the Peachtree on a daily basis as stated in Memo Circular No. 2010/014. a. Qualifications: Accountancy Graduate. With at least 1 year work experience in Accounting preferably in the construction, trading or manufacturing industries. Our salary ranges from P14,000.00 to P21,000.00 depending on the years of experience, honors in college and PRC certification.
