Description: The CSA is primarily responsible for ensuring that the Bank’s Account holders or customers have a positive experience in all activities pertaining to their transactions in the Branch. She is mainly responsible for accepting and processing payments of Utility Billings as a Merchant Teller, and as a CASA Teller, in accepting savings deposits and withdrawals, accepting loan payments, and verify cash received and disbursed during the day.

Duties and Responsibilities: -Accept payments for utility billings, check, verify and count bills received, stamp and/or machine validate bill receipts/hand change and validated receipts to customers-Accept deposits, verify and count money given, process transactions following the prescribed procedures.-Pay out withdrawals or encashment, observing all rules and procedures pertaining to proper verification of words and figures, signatures and identification documents necessary to process these transactions.-Conduct cash count and balancing of transactions against cash and other media in custody, in accordance with prescribed procedures.-Organize work station to be able to promptly respond and efficiently process daily transactions including cash requisition, receipt and verification of funds from the Cashier and exercising proper security to avoid loss.-CROSS-SELL and offer financial opportunities to customers; promote other branch products at every opportunity.-Follow and observe all in-house bank policies and procedures.-Be alert to security precautions at all times. Focus on transaction at hand and at the same time be wary of actions and demeanor of the customer in front of you to be able to distinguish presence of threat to the security of people inside the branch.-Perform other duties as may be assigned by superiors due to work exigency.
