Description:

Our company Organix Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a Laboratory Technical Specialist with a background and experience in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering. In this role, you will handle Quality Assurance and Quality Control initiatives ensuring the requirements of each are met with the highest degree of accuracy and efficiency. To succeed in this position, you will be able to work individually and collaboratively, have excellent analytical thinking skills, and be highly organized.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in Product Formulation
• Conduct all required tests, extractions, and studies
• Accurately record all experimental data as directed
• Comply with all standard operating procedures at all times
• Maintain a vigilant commitment to safety at all times
• Ensure all samples are properly disposed of and follow environmental regulations
• Utilize all equipment as intended and maintain it as needed
• Perform lab maintenance activities as required
• Conduct regular equipment calibrations
• Provide regular updates to Senior Chemist
• Participate in quality audits and all required trainings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy
• Experience in laboratory setting
• Solid working knowledge of analytical method development and validation
• Committed to safety and compliance with lab procedures/guidelines
• Consistent, accurate recording and reporting of data/results
• Thorough and precise in all tasks
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, computer skills
