Description:

  • Make phone calls, building relationships, qualifying the lead, and generating interest of our client.
  • Provide feedback identifying call trends and prospect needs; identify ways to improve the current process.
  • Track calls, follow-up calls required, scheduled call backs, and call transfers through computer system.
  • Meet goals relating to productivity, number of calls made, contacts, and leads qualified.

  • Attractive compensation package PHP 16,000 – PHP 20,000 per month
  • Non-taxable allowance per month
  • With quarterly and annual bonuses
  • 10% night differential

Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • With great phone etiquette and demeanor
  • Ability to think quickly on their feet
  • With outbound calling experience is an advantage but not necessary
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to work in graveyard shift
