Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate with the ADFI President, Area Coordinator, and the rest of the L&L Team for planning, execution, and monitoring of the program; Coordinate with the LGU, BLGU, Local Partner, and community fulfill the requirements of the program; Oversee and manage Luzon Community Facilitators Coordinate and/or act as technical resource person if needed, in the needs identification, planning conduct, and assessment of capacity building activities for concerned C/MLGU and CSO partners as well as IP leaders and communities in the pilot areas. Coordinate/conduct research and documentation of information relevant to the program development and implementation. Coordinates and conducts periodic monitoring and evaluation visits to project sites covered by his assigned program areas; Coordinates and prepares progress reports and documents for his assigned program areas in compliance with required guidelines for submission to ADF and Donor Agencies Performs other duties as may be assigned by the ADF President.
Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in development sociology, anthropology or any relevant field Minimum of two (2) years in community development or other related experience Experience in management and supervision Adept at verbal and written communication skills
