Established good relation to respective salesman for better coordination
Handling and solving customer complaints professionally.
Prepare pick list and schedule deliveries for various stores/clients.
Monitors stocks reservation on assigned department.
Control on accurate encoding, issuances of documents and returns.
Organize and coordinate with sales regarding site inspections due to customer’s complaints on product quality and other delivery concerns.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Graduate of BS Business Administration or any related course
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Knowledgeable in MS office (Word, Excel, Etc.)
Problem solving and decision-making skills
Time Management Skills
