Description: Over-all in charge of the full spectrum of finance and accounting matters and ensure the 100% compliance to all financial and accounting systems or procedure.

Duties and Responsibilities: Reports to the General Manager and provides assistance to department heads in the proper implementation of the established systems, procedures and related policies, programs and practices Establishes and ensures a sound accounting system with strong internal control measures to safeguard the assets of PCA. Responsible for the preparation and interpretation of all financial reports; including Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, MIS reports, etc. To exercise sound investment management of PCA funds to maximize profitability while maintaining liquidity daily. Ensures adequate cash position at all times to meet financial obligations of PCA. Prepares financial plans/budgets for the year, monitors actual performance, and compares actual vs. budget. Compares actual with previous results. Ensures that all accounting, budgeting, record keeping and reporting activities are prepared and reviewed periodically to determine if they conform to established policies and procedures. Ensures that all financial reports are prepared and submitted on time Oversees taxation compliance and ensures on-time submission of all BIR reports. Prepares financial and other accounting reports that are requested by the Board/Treasurer from time to time. Evaluates performance of staff under jurisdiction and recommends promotion or salary adjustments, as the need arises. Attends meetings of the Board, Finance, and other committees. Performs such other duties that may be assigned by the General Manager from time to time.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Preferably with at least three (3) yrs relevant working experience in an officer level. Highly proficient in using MS Office applications especially Excel. Proficient in using peach tree program
