Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls (residential customers)
• Attempt, through persuasion, to retain existing customers by resolving issues
and answering questions (product, billing, etc.)
• Process and/or upgrade customer orders
• Assist existing customers who want to move from one location to another
• Attempt to retain existing customers who have decided to discontinue their accounts


• Completed at least two (2) years in College or a Graduate of a two-year college course, Senior
High School (K-12) or High School (old curriculum) (with no back subjects)
• At least six (6) months of call center experience or six (6) months of Sales experience in any industry is an advantage
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no call center experience are encouraged to apply (for select accounts only)
• With good communication skills
