Description: Digital Community Management - To grow and develop online communities’ subscription (i.e., fans, followers) through the effective and consistent management of brand pages and other digital channels based on agreed-upon performance standards for the period Digital Reach Development - To consistently grow awareness and widen the potential customer base through digital channels and executions based on agreed-upon performance standards for the period. Digital Engagement Development - To maximize market presence by developing exciting and engaging content consistent with the identified brand personality based on agreed-upon performance standards for the period. Customer Communication - To maintain customer satisfaction through efficiently delivering responses to all customer communication received by all digital pages based on agreed-upon performance standards for the period. Operational Compliance - To effectively process transactions and other related concerns in full compliance with established standards, rules, and policies based on agreed-upon performance standards for the period.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Candidate. must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Marketing or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in Retail or related industries is required for this position. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Bagumbayan, Quezon City. For full-time employment.
