Sabre Travel Network Philippines is a joint venture between PHILIPPINE AIRLINES and SABRE CORPORATION.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive requests from departments
  • Canvass from various supplier quotation and get costing for comparison and references
  • Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers
  • Get the best deal for the company- the highest quality goods and services at the lowest cost
  • Manage Purchase Orders and maintain records
  • Monitor purchase orders to ensure that suppliers comply with delivery time and item specification
  • Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact suppliers when there are discrepancies
  • Coordinate Office repairs and maintenance
  • Answer and route phone calls


  • Graduate of any 4-year business course
  • Preferably with 1-2 years related exposure in accounting functions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to multi task and can work well under pressure
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
