Vibelle Manufacturing Corporation, local licensee of Jergens, skin care products and the maker of pioneering Filipino Brand Caronia, needs competent employees for its expansion and growth.
Duties and Responsibilities: Ensures effective execution of quality procedures and control measures in order to ensure that products produced are within company established quality standards; Carries out basic management functions of planning, leading, organizing and controlling overall activities in the Quality Services Division in accordance to company values and objectives; Coordinates with Production Manager any concerns affecting operations and quality and initiates corrective actions, systems and procedures as necessary; Supervises releasing and holding of finished goods including product recall. Monitors, report and implements equipment and plant cleaning and sanitation; initiates corrective actions as necessary. Maintains customer trust and confidence by properly attending to the needs of customer complaints; initiates investigation and appropriate actions.
Qualifications: Must be a licensed Chemist; Knowledgeable in audit procedures and accreditation processes such as cGMP and ISO. Must be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status. Preferably has at least ten years prior work experience in quality assurance and control; Preferably has prior work experience in the personal care or cosmetic industry; Proficient in Microsoft Office or equivalent software; Has above average written and oral communication skills; With basic negotiation and problem solving/analytical skills, Good interpersonal skills, teamp player, organized
