Description: The position will assist in the overall execution of the marketing plans, calendar and budgets of the assigned projects, together with the Marketing Manager.The position holder is also responsible for planning, organizing, leading and controlling marketing activities under the ATL, Digital, Events, and Merchandising functions, and ensures that assigned tasks are delivered on time, with high quality, and efficiently. Optimize marketing budget to help maximize inquiries, referrals, sales, and minimize cost Regularly monitor sales expenses and adjust strategies and plans accordingly. Conforms to approved corporate protocols. Organize, lead, direct and manage cross functional teams whenever necessary. Handle administrative requirements related to the job.

Duties and Responsibilities: BRAND MANAGEMENT Craft and supervise the implementation of integrated marketing communications and media plans, PR plans, event plans and merchandising plans. Develop and conduct project briefings. Supervise the development of marketing collaterals Monitor and enforce the consistent and correct usage of brand identity assets. Liaise with advertising agencies, media agencies, and providers. Liaise with other departments. Represent the department in company meetings. MARKETING EVENTS Conceptualize, plan, and prepare work plans, project plans/ implementing guidelines, budgets for marketing related activities such as fun-runs, tie-ups with consumer product launches, road-shows, special corporate hospitality, etc. based on agreed and approved project briefs coming from the requesting unit/s. (includes logistical needs, program, script, manpower, others) Coordinate event requirements with both internal and external groups to ensure alignment and common understanding leading to implementation of activations. (ex. Events, exhibit booth mgmt, Ingress/Egress, others) Ensure spending is within approved budgets and prepares necessary documents for the activations. Prepare and submit to superior evaluation reports on all marketing events. Identify suitable venues in commercial areas for the conduct of company marketing events. Negotiate rent for space, and other fees, permits and other requirements. Regularly prepares and submits to superior evaluation/ recommendation reports for assigned activations on all concluded marketing events. MERCHANDISING Identify strategic locations for the assigned projects visibility programs. Ensure on time installation of onsite and offsite visibility for assigned project following the brand teams approved visibility program in out-of-home advertising subject to identified lead times,. E.g. billboards, led lights, etc. Plan and ensure the maintenance of strong merchandising presence in all assigned project sites. Checks with Estate Admin & Sales Operations Group (Site Officers) the monthly punch listing of model houses, amenities, common areas. Monitor the implementation of the actions from the punch lists. Execution by Estate Admin & Sales Operations Group (Site Officers).
