Description:

•Be in charge of the installation, preventive maintenance and service support of institutional
and commercial LAUNDRY washers and dryersat the customer site. This includes installation,
troubleshooting, testing and commissioning of the machines.
•Effectively communicate and coordinate with principals and customers for
equipment installation, facility preparations, and issues resolution.
•To conduct an on-site evaluation of layout and number of machines that will fit at customer sites
•Provide technical support and training to customers.
•Travel to job sites outside of Metro Manila to conduct training for new distributor technical staff.
•Assist in relevant costing for replacement of parts required.
•Maintain sufficient inventory of spare parts necessary for the operation of all machines.
•Prepare service reports and provide feedback on technical issues with regards to equipment performance.
•Keeps equipment operating by following operational instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns,
maintaining supplies, and performing preventive maintenance.
•Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, log, and records.
•Supervise all future service technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Diploma / ITE in Electronics, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • A graduate of any two to four-year technical course
  • Preferably with a related certificate of training/license
  • Knowledge of laundry machines would be an advantage.
  • Supervision of people in a previous job would be an advantage.
  • Preferably with at least two (2) years of working experience specializing in equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Preferably with a Professional Drivers License (Restrictions 1, 2 and 3)With good presentation skills
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Willing to work overtime (paid overtime) and able to work independently
