Duties and Responsibilities: - Maintain and Organize Digital and Physical Financial Records - Assess all business transactions and prepare accurate reports on your findings - Coordinate with employees on income tax research and planning - Conduct period audits to guarantee accuracy in financial records, expenses, and savings - Organize and file all local income tax documents - Contribute to budgeting procedures - Regularly brief management on the company's financial position and recommend solutions to improve results - Develop and implement effective accounting policies and processes - Ensure that you remain up to date on industry changes and regulation changes - Respond to tax and accounting related issues - Monitor and supervise Accounting Staffs to meet deadlines
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accountancy - A minimum of 5 years proven experience - Must be a Certified Public Accountant - Outstanding tax knowledge of local and international regulations involving Foreign Exchange Trading - Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills - Computer literate and has the ability to perform basic task on computer, This may include navigating the browser, Operating Software Systems, and completing any other tasks that makes it possible to do your job - Solid understanding of accounting software and Microsoft Office - Good communication and organizational skills - Preferred place of residency is within National Capital Region - Willing to relocate within Metro Manila, if currently residing at provincial areas.
