We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasksDuties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to the Building Administrator, Board of Directors, Unit Owners, Service Providers, and Facilities and Maintenance, assisting in daily office needs and managing our building’s general administrative activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Accurately issue billing statements and payment receipts to all unit owners/tenants
  2. Prepare payroll, bills payment and all government remittances
  3. Prepare and assist with the annual business permits and licenses
  4. Accurately journalize all transactions – receipts and disbursements, and other bookkeeping functions
  5. Promoting condominium activities using advertisements, emails, social media and other methods
  6. Assist the Building Administrator with other daily activities as necessary


  • Pleasing personality and ability to work independently
  • Able to handle pressure & multi-task activities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work and converse effectively with all levels of colleagues, unit owners, directors, and other external contacts.
  • Computer literate, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge in programming is a plus
  • Must be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays
  • Willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan area
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
