Description: Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, and marketing initiatives of Alterations Plus. This role ensures that all branches and teams operate efficiently and in alignment with company standards and goals. The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in driving growth, maintaining service quality, and supporting customer satisfaction through strong leadership and strategic execution.

The Operations Supervisor plays a key role in driving growth, maintaining service quality, and supporting customer satisfaction through strong leadership and strategic execution.
Duties and Responsibilities: Logistics Management - The Operations Supervisor Ensures that the machines and equipment in the store are always in good condition. Budget Management - Sees to it that operations budget is met at all times, this includes manpower, expenses, Break-even expenses etc.. Knowledge in Financial Statements is a must. Operational Strategisation - Oversee the overall operational policy to ensure that the operation is and will run smoothly. Marketing - Plan, Conceptualize and direct the implementation of Marketing Strategies, Plans, and Projects to enhance the company reputation and reach sales and profit goals of every service category in line with the business plan.
Qualifications: Degree in Business Operations or any Marketing courses with proven work experience in Operations or similar role such as Garments, Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing. Knowledgeable in organizational effectiveness and operations management. Experience in budgeting and forecasting. Familiarity with business and financial principles. Excellent communication skills. Capable of leading a team Outstanding organizational skills.
