As a pivotal member of our dynamic team, the Marketing Manager at our company plays a crucial role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This multifaceted position involves strategic planning, content creation, campaign management, and more.
Duties and Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our company's objectives, including identifying target audiences and market trends. Content Creation: Generate high-quality written content for the company, including blogs, PR articles, and more, to engage our target audience. Campaign and Social Media Management: Lead our social media presence, including content scheduling, community engagement, and insights analysis to continually enhance and optimize marketing campaigns. Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather, analyze, and report on marketing insights across all platforms to assess performance and form future strategies. Market Research: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer preferences, applying insights to marketing initiatives. Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all marketing materials and campaigns. Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role. Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy. Proven success in designing interactive applications and networking platforms. Strong understanding of marketing techniques, tools, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in marketing software and tools. Creative thinker with strong problem solving abilities. Strong leadership and team management skills.
Requirements: Ability to manage budgets and drive ROI. Willingness to travel. Results-driven with a focus on data and analytics. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Willing to work onsite (BGC, Taguig) It would be also be great if you are:A person with an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset.Adaptable to working in a startup environment.
