Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Knowledgeable in various phases of computerized accounting system Will be involved in financial Statements preparation, OPEX analysis and coordination with external auditors. Bookkeeping requirements and general ledger reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts Preparation and filing of BIR tax returns and other reportorial compliances, VAT policies & other related matters Compliance with SEC, LGU, SSS, HDMF and Philhealth accounting related matters Budgeting and cash flow management Accurate and timely submission of government mandated reports and all management & operating reports including the following SEC/LGU/BIR/SSS/PHILHEALTH/PAGIBIG/ etc., monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income, Statements of cash flow), aging & collection reports. Weekly cash position reports, supporting schedules & Subsidiary ledgers summary & management reports, etc.
Accurate and timely submission of government mandated reports and all management & operating reports including the following SEC/LGU/BIR/SSS/PHILHEALTH/PAGIBIG/ etc., monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income, Statements of cash flow), aging & collection reports.

Qualifications: BS Accountancy graduate. Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant Highly analytical & fast to resolve accounting problems Must have at least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping in a supervisorial capacity in a large retail or manufacturing company Advance Microsoft (Excel) expertise High level of attention to details Adhere to deadlines Strong leadership qualitiesTrustworthy
