Description: •Is responsible for setting and meeting the sales targets of the company through effective planning and budgeting•Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets •Maps potential customers and generate leads for the company•Is responsible for brand promotion•Motivates team members in working towards a common objective•Works with others in a friendly, cooperative manner, and inspire others to collaborate.•Ensures that his team delivers desired results •Submits weekly and monthly reports•Is responsible for not only selling but also maintaining and improving relationships with the client•Maintains necessary data and records for future reference

Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Management and Marketing is preferred.•Has three to five year-experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager•Required skill(s) Store Management Operations, Franchise Operations, MS Office.•One year of prior management experience or demonstrated willingness and ability to learn management basics.•With strong intrapersonal skills•With exceptional written and verbal communication skills•Familiarity with data analysis and reporting•Is hardworking, persistent, and dependable•Is positive and enthusiastic•Is willing to be assigned to different locations / willing to travel•Can start ASAP.
