Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: handles records of inquiries, phone call and logs them in a program / computer system encodes and manages database (inquiries and enrollment for various accounts) improve or modifies program /template for more efficient use prepares reports or data needed by the company
Qualifications: Must be a graduate with a degree in computer science, information technology or related field; senior high graduates are welcome; Must be proficient in MS Office especially in MS Excel (pivots, macros, graphs, etc) Must possess analytic and logical skills; be keen to details Must possess programming skills and be willing to teach co workers how to use programs/templates
