Description: Reports to OPERATIONS MANAGERTrainers possess foresight and analytical thinking, being able to perceive when change is necessary andinstigate improvements as the product offerings and service expectations grow. Beyond the initial deliveryof the three-day induction training in offices, the Trainer will remain ever present in the retail network,ensuring initial knowledge is retained, and provide continuous coaching, support and improvements to the deliveryof customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities: Inside the Classroom Prepare and facilitate training sessions for all new brand employees - both office and retail. This pertains to the following programs, but is not limited Induction Training Workshop; Follow Up Training Workshop; New product or campaign launch and training; Facial Therapist Induction Training Worksop; Management Workshop. In line with the training facilitation; coordinate all workshop administration and preparation, and ensure all pre and post workshop activities are completed by attendees. Assist in the creation of other learning modules to be delivered at various times throughout the year, relevant to the region. To lead by example with regards to hosting, communication, personal presentation and grooming. Outside the classroom Regular visits to retail spaces with the purpose of analysis and observation of performance and mentor and coach retail staff as required to ensure the highest standard of staff performance. Track retail staff performance, measure the outcomes and effectiveness of the overall training plan and recommend changes to management to ensure all retail staff are progressing in accordance with company strategy and agreed learning outcomes. Use reporting tools and collaborate with management to improve results. Work with the Marketing team to advise on appropriate seasonality of new product selections and ensure new product information (such as product labels, press releases, customer emails, product blueprints) is consistent with the brand approach to skincare as well as the training materials and program. Monitor the performance of new products throughout the launch period, and periodically throughout the first 12 months of its life. Communicate customer anecdotes, share successes and offer further education on the product as required across the network, to ensure the product assimilates into the range. Assist with training staff from approved stockists and wholesale accounts as required, upon agreement with Business Development Manager. Be a brand advocate; host press and customers and deliver public presentations at events. To lead by example in customer service, product prescription, demonstration techniques and personal presentation and grooming.

Qualifications: Communication and Administration Assist in the preparation, and adherence to, an annual budget and business plan. Ensure all relevant information from Head Office is filtered to retail. Monitor the sales performance of new product during campaigns and offer innovative suggestions for improvement Compose reminder emails about seasonal change to all relevant parties, including comprehensive details of accompanying product suggestions and blends Communicate and celebrate customer compliments to motivate and encourage the retail teams. Deliver monthly written Retail Training reports to update appropriate office staff on current trends and progress. Create and work to a calendar at least six months in advance which maps out all training workshops, store visits and customer or press events. Qualification Exceptional communication skills in building strong connection with different stakeholders Strong analytic skills in understanding the business and provide relevant business insight Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office (including Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint) and Outlook. Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills Autonomy and strong sense of initiative
