Description: Under the guidance and direction of assigned immediate superiors, provide general management and direction to his team to fulfill the following functions: Merchandise promotions generation and implementation Merchandise mix and assortment development, allocation, implementation, and monitoring Visual merchandising and display formulation and presentation Merchandise replenishment and movement planning and monitoring Inventory accuracy management and monitoring Product knowledge training development and cascade
Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field with at least 5 years of working experience in the Retail Industry doing Merchandise or Category Management is required for this position. Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Bagumbayan, Quezon City. For full-time employment. Required Knowledge: Enthusiast-level knowledge on motorcycle helmets. Basic knowledge/ appreciation of motorcycles, motorcycle gears, parts, and accessories. Basic understanding of inventory and category management processes. Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to synthesize and analyze various data to identify and forecast trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Leadership, decision-making, and project management skills Required Soft Skills/ Attitude: Inquisitive with keen attention to detail Customer-centric Creative, innovative, and open to new ideas Collaborative; promotes team unity & effectiveness despite differences
