Description: The Woodstock Teacher builds young minds, nurturing them to become leaders with wisdom, love for learning, and character, by giving them the appropriate education that can create change and impact through competent lesson preparation, instruction, and assessment aligned with the schools curriculum.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Maximize the capabilities of learners and enhance the development of their natural talents and skills by providing appropriate educational activities that will engage students in a lively classroom atmosphere. - Execute the curriculum with competence. - Teach and enhance the skills of learners through hands-on learning and critical thinking. - Maintain a positive mindset toward child learning and social-emotional development. - Work collaboratively with teachers, administration, and parents to foster a good student experience. - Maintain effective time management skills to accomplish different assigned tasks. - Have flexibility and adaptability in the classroom and in the workplace to meet students' diverse needs. - Be open to learning new methods and receiving and giving feedback for the enhancement of learning in the classroom and the workplace. - Have the initiative to create and implement new ideas that will help the growth and development of the school and all its stakeholders.
Qualifications: - Preschool Teacher - Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), SPED, or any related field. - Elementary Teacher - Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education or Secondary Education - Must speak and write in English fluently.
