In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist with various tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
We are currently looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team at Bare Essentials Manila. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist with various tasks to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities: Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging meetings and appointments. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive team. Coordinate and facilitate communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders. Assist with project management tasks, including tracking deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating resources. Take part in ensuring internal teams, especially the operations side of the business, are working efficiently and effectively Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives as assigned. Anticipate the needs of the executive team and proactively address them to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
