Description: Will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on various insurance products and services. Will be on understanding the financial needs of clients, analyzing their financial situations, and recommending suitable financial solutions like insurance, investments and other protections needs to meet their specific requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to understand clients' insurance requirements and financial goals. Assess clients' risk tolerance and insurance coverage gaps. Provide personalized advice and recommendations on appropriate insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty insurance. 2. Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in the financial planning practice. 3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. Identify client needs and propose suitable financial solutions. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred). Specialization in Marketing, Financial Services, or any Sales industry. In-depth knowledge and expertise in the insurance or financial services sector will be a strong advantage. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Analytical mindset with the ability to utilize data-driven insights for informed decision-making. A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one, if required) to comply with industry regulations.
