Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Effective communicator with ability to communicate organization’s direction and ability to motivate others with strong, honest leadership.
  • Knowledge of government processes and labor laws.
  • Articulate, can interact, and communicate with management and staffs.
  • Must have excellent communication skills and MS OFFICE.
  • Matured, responsible and can handle pressure
  • Have excellent leadership skills
  • Critical thinker, keen to details, organized, excellent in time management and can work under minimal supervision
  • Handle end to end recruitment
  • Assists in handling administrative tasks such as (utility bills, vehicle renewal, office supplies, SSS, Pag-ibig, Phil health etc.)
  • Can do multi-tasking
  • Will be in charge of recruitment and hiring of vacancies which includes job posting, interview and recommendations of qualified applicant
  • Will be in charge of creating employee’s handbook, including code of conduct and corresponding consequences
  • Will be in charge of creating flow-chart together with job descriptions, duties and responsibilities for each job position


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Working experience is an advantage
  • Experience in organizational development is an advantage
