Description: Applicants will be trained to handle tax litigation, tax advisory, tax planning, mergers and acquisition, restructuring, transfer pricing design and documentation, assistance in tax assessments, claims for refunds, request for rulings, availment of incentives, local taxes and varied corporate services. He/She will work under the supervision of a senior associate and a partner.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor of Laws Degree has passed the BAR. The position is open to lawyers with or without experience in taxation. However, experience in taxation, corporate and/ or securities law is an advantage Being a CPA is also a big advantage The applicants must have an interest in tax (including tax litigation) corporate and/or securities practice.
