Description: The Junior Project Consultant is open to fresh graduates and those with 3 years and below experience.Hired team members will be working closely with Project Managers and Consultants, as well as engaging with Clients.They will be exposed to different services offered by the company from New Accounts, Project Implementation to Customer Retention.This key position plus a wide range of roles and responsibilities will enhance your critical thinking, time management,and expose you to managing of entities. Your responsibilities are mainly focused on the areas of accounting and financialmanagement, opportunity management, project implementation, project management, and resource management.

Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze and record the actual status and progress of projects Analyze bottlenecks and issues of clients, and propose solutions to promote entities’ success Assist in submission of documents to clients and consultants, as well as third party entities Assist the project manager and management team Communicate with clients, consultants, and management the need and actions to take for the projects Conduct virtual and field work onboarding, implementation, training, and sign off projects Prepare the progress reports, working papers, project documentation, manuals, and forms and reports necessary for project implementation and completion Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Financial Management, or any business-related degrees Computer skills proficiency Good communication and writing skills in English Knowledgeable in fields of taxation, accounting, and finance Positive and proactive personality Strong attention to detail and confidentiality Willing to be trained as consultants
