Description:

1. Provide information by answering questions and requests through phone calls or emails.
2. Generate sales proposals and client’s account management.
3. Internal coordination of meetings and office communications.
4. Record and data management of the agency.
5. Generate monthly, quarterly and annual production report.
6. Monitor the monthly sales collectibles.
7. Answer inquiries and emails pertaining to clarifications on submitted life insurance application.
8. Generate fund update.
8. Other responsibilities that may be assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

1. Female, Single, 22 – 26 years old
2. Graduate of any 4-year college course
3. Highly proficient in Microsoft office applications (word, powerpoint, excel, publisher)
4. Capable of multi-tasking and hardworking
5. Can work under minimal supervision
