Duties and Responsibilities:
Reading and analyzing bidding documents from different projects e.g. Blinds, Office Furniture,, Medical PPEs
Attending pre-bid conferences in preparation for the Checklist
Assisting junior staff in preparation of bidding documents in accordance with government formats
Being familiar with RA 9184 Procurement Law of the Philippines
Drafting Motion for Reconsideration as necessary
Drafting request for extensions of deadline as necessary
Ensuring that bidding documents and packaging are in accordance with the requirements of the government entities
Coordinating with the Bidding Manager all bidding documents to be handled
Performing other duties that may be assigned
Graduate of BA English or Political Science
Must have sound level of computer literacy
Must have superior reading, legal comprehension and proofreading skills; knowledge of Photoshop is a plus
Must have excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills
Must demonstrate project management skills and ability to work with tight deadlines
Must have good relationship-building skills
Must have a sound analytical skill
Must be able to work on flexible schedule
