Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure the selection of top talent. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization. 2. Employee Relations: Act as a bridge between employees and management to resolve conflicts and address concerns in a fair and timely manner. Promote a positive work culture through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies. 3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with department managers to establish performance goals and support professional development initiatives. 4. Compliance: Stay abreast of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure company compliance. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to mitigate risks and maintain a compliant work environment. 5. Training and Development: Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Facilitate workshops and seminars on topics such as diversity, inclusion, and leadership development. 6. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Educate employees on available benefits and assist with enrollment and inquiries. 7. HR Metrics and Reporting: Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions. Prepare regular reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee satisfaction.

Must have a minimum of two (2) years' experience as an HR Supervisor, covering all aspects of HR roles. 3. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. 4. Must be able to develop learning and development programs that offer internal growth opportunities for employees. 5. Talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for various positions, particularly managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaboration with departmental managers to understand the required skills and competencies for open positions is crucial. 6. Proficient in managing employee disciplinary procedures and ensuring compliance with national and local employment laws, regulations, and best practices. 7. Regular review of policies and practices to maintain compliance is expected.
