Pag-asa Steel seeks an IT Testing Analyst to support the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of software, and related infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities: •Identifying business/technical requirements in order to implement the best solution through people, processes, data, and technology•Planning and executing the test activities of enterprise applications and reports•Support the project team in the migration and implementation of enterprise-wide systems•Writing system/project documentation such as test reports and user manuals•Training users in the use of software application programs•Coordinating with system vendors to conduct data gathering, system analysis, design, testing, migration, training, and implementation for purchased application packages•Conducting research on systems upgrades to determine feasibility and compatibility with current systems and processes•Troubleshooting software errors, then creating logs and incident reports•Assisting in the implementation of disaster recovery procedures•Evaluating business processes and systems to improve efficiency•Doing root cause analysis and comprehensive incident and problem management•Assisting in the implementation of IT projects as needed

Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Accounting, or equivalent experience•Two (2) to four (4) years of experience in a related field/role•Understanding of business processes, IT architecture, systems•Knowledge of Windows, SQL, MS Office, report generation, systems and manual documentation•Knowledge in ERP systems an advantage•ISTQB certification an advantage•Familiarity with emerging technology and IT security•Strong verbal and written communication skills•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills•Project management, risk management, and time management skills•Interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently•Ability to multi-task, adapt, and learn quickly•Superior organization skills and attention to detail•Drive, motivation, and positive attitude (willingness to accept feedback, learn, and improve)•Integrity, excellence, professionalism, and teamwork
