Under the direct supervision of the Firm Partners, the Law Librarian has primary responsibility over the administration and management of operations of the Law Firm’s
Library and Records Room. In addition, the Law Librarian shall provide toboth the legal and non-legal departments support services which include but are not limited to
documents control and management, records updating, legal research, and regular upkeep. Other responsibilities of the Law Librarian are the following
•Streamlining and maintaining a library system and a document monitoring system
•Creation and maintenance of a manual and online library catalogue
•Cataloging, classifying, and organizing all materials in the library and records room
•Updating of client files and records
•Indexing of new laws and amendments, if any
•Performance of other delegated tasks necessary to the functions of a Law Librarian.

Duties and Responsibilities:


•A graduate or degree holder of Library Science/Management
•Organized and systematic
•Has good time management skills
•Has good English Communication skills


Clerical, Creative, Teamwork, Self-Management, Critical Thinking, Computer/Technical Literacy, Interpersonal Abilities, Adaptability/Flexibility
