Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Attend to customer queries, requests and complaints. Attend to walk-in clients. Attend Marketing Road Show and assist in processing on-site application. Sends out letter/email to welcome new clients, advise on any changes in their address or in their agent and updates cash/stock dividend offer by issuing company. Investigates errors in cash/stock positions or payment. Monitors undelivered documents Prepare collateral valuation reports Maintains record of customer complaints
Qualifications: Preferably a graduate of Business Administration, Finance or any related course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City Possess above average oral and written communication skills. Possess excellent interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications Must be a team player Able to work with minimal supervision and can adapt to work pressure.
