Description:
Duties and Responsibilities: Organization and filing of documents related to the Content and Production (CaP) Division, such as, but not limited to, authors’ contracts, MOAs, ISBN forms, etc. Preparation of required documents and processing of the copyright registration of all published books Notarization of authors’ contracts, MOA’s, and affidavits Annual registration in NBDB and other CaP-related applications and memberships Processing of authors’ concerns (book complimentary copies, certificate of authorship, etc.) Taking minutes in division-wide meetings Other assigned administrative tasks by the division
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, communications, or a related field Strong command of the English and Filipino language In-depth knowledge of the publication process and best practices A team player with exceptional communication skills Excellent written communication skills Advanced editing skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure
