Responsible for all marketing and sales activities necessary in the business; responsible in achieving the sales objectives, forecasts and targets; implementing sales plans and strategies to pursue new customers; identifying opportunities to create demands through excellent services, machine upgrades and process efficiency; closing new projects; and, responsible for account management activities including ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous efforts to serve their needs and demands.

Duties and Responsibilities:


1. Develops and implements monthly sales plan to increase machine sales and expand market share.

2. Conducts customer profiling and mapping strategy to penetrate competitor areas and attain peak market competition.

3. Maintains strong customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction.

4. Conducts accurate and thorough data gathering on customers' needs and problems to improve service and serve them better.

5. Coordinates with Sales Supervisor for better selling commitments and offers in order to increase sales and generate revenues.

6. Negotiates with customers on offers of credit terms and deliveries in accordance with Company policy and guidelines.

7. Supports marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing activities.

8. Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs if necessary.

9. Perform machine demonstration

10. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by Management.

Education - Graduate of any two(2)  years vocational course in welding technology or any related course.
Experience -  At least One (1)  year experience in marketing and sales or similar job. FRESH GRADUATES ARE WELCOME TO APPLY!
Training -  In-service training or instructional sessions required.
Special Skills, Aptitudes -  Can drive and with valid driver's license,  computer literate and can make power point presentations, excellent negotiating skills.
Others -  Preferably male, with pleasing personality, and above legal age requirement.
