Duties and Responsibilities: Summary/ObjectiveThis position handles all paper works related to the coordination and scheduling of daily deliveriesfrom the head office to the warehouse as well as consolidating and distributing the sales invoices tothe warehouse staffs for checking and packing to facilitate deliveries to our customers.Essential Functions Prepares and finalizes the daily delivery schedules to be arranged by the Binondo head office Creates goods receipt in our accounting software for inventory and payment purposes based on suppliers’ sales invoices and delivery receipts Monitors the whereabouts of the drivers and delivery staffs based on their delivery schedules and advises the head office once they have arrived at the warehouse Coordinates with the warehouse staff regarding the following: Receiving of goods from suppliers Dispatching of items to third party logistics drivers from Transportify, etc. Dispatching of items to customers’ who pick up their paid orders Coordinates with Binondo head office regarding the following: Things to bring for pick-ups made in Binondo head office Changes in sales invoices Faxed sales invoices for preparation and packing Encodes delivery and other operations related expenses in our accounting software such as gasoline, parking fees, toll fees, etc.

Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree preferably in a Business Course such as Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent but graduates in other courses are also welcome to apply. Must be willing to work from Mondays to Saturdays from 8AM to 5PM in Paco, Manila. Must be hardworking and willing to learn with minimal supervision
