Description:

TALENT ACQUISITION AND PLACEMENT

• Experience in Retail or Staffing/ Recruitment Firms is an advantage.
• Knowledge and skills in competency-based recruitment, preferred.
• Will lead (with the guidance of TAP Officer and Supervisor) the Talent Acquisition and Placement Team for:
• Retail Stores (outsourced staff)
• Retail Stores (direct hires) and Support Groups (Non - Store)

PAYROLL AND TIMEKEEPING

• Validation of timekeeping extracted from the biometric device
• Computation of basic pay, minimum wage rates, allowances, De Minimis benefits, overtime pay, premium pay, differential pay, final pay, over/underpayments, and 13th-month pay
• Knowledge of government mandatory contributions - SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, Withholding tax
• Knowledge of payroll documents namely register, summary, and request for payment
• Computation of payroll benefits - Service Incentive Leave, Maternity, and Paternity Leave

BILLING ADMINISTRATION

• Checking and validation of processed billing statements from Staffing Partners
• Regular and Overtime Billing
• Service Incentive Leave Billing
• Paternity Leave Billing
• Differential Billing
• Returned Billings
• Dis allowances
• Safekeeping of Agencies’ documents namely service contracts and approving cost breakdown in the respective agency folders

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

• Provide topmost quality of service to resolve concerns of interface departments and clients in a timely manner. Participates in Coordination/meetings with interface departments and clients.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
• With at least 6 months of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Bagumbayan, Quezon City.
