Description: We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who believe in the power of knowledge andyearn to create an impact through new business development.Working as a member of the Training and Conference Team, you will be involved in all aspects of attendee acquisition and sales,including sourcing new attendees, maintaining data and building existing industry relationships.The job requires working on local time zone (830 am-530 pm) for Asia Pacific clients and (1 pm-10 pm) for the Africa market.The role involves end-to-end client management including: research, telesales, record keeping, client facing event registrationdesk work, resolving client issues, and documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities: B2B telesales, contacting existing and potential attendees about conferences, events, training and other products and services. Implement team campaigns as instructed, manage end-to-end client relationships and provide feedback. Understand the training and conference focus and program, and researching the event and industry which you are promoting to keep clients and fellow staff informed of news and relevant developments within the industry. Use of all appropriate resources available such as research and marketing literature to provide a value proposition to attendees ensuring that you are persistent and provide a high level of customer service at all times. Work with the finance team to ensure all attendee payments are made prior to attendance at events or training. Onsite event work as well as performance of pre and post event activities, and other duties as instructed throughout the event by the Manager
Qualifications: Telesales and telemarketing experience; B2B and Cold/Warm Calling Have the capacity to build relationships and comfortable interfacing with Decision Makers and C- levels within an organization High standard of interpersonal skills, professional tenacity Good organizational and time management skills Strong sense of customer service and client management Ability to communicate technical information to all audiences Proficient with Microsoft Office Fluent in required languages (English written and spoken at professional level) Benefits and Opportunities: Attractive base salary and UNCAPPED commission based on individual performance.
