Duties and Responsibilities: Counterchecks of Daily Time Records (DTR/Log sheets) and OT forms Timekeeping of Payroll Interview applicants Follow up applicants for vacancies Coordinates all issues and concerns encountered from time to time Reviews billing statement such as payroll and remittances Monitor general list and the status of every applicants Online Job Posting thru Indeed and social media Monitors the candidates for the job vacancies Schedule applicants for interview Discuss pre-employment requirements and medical examination Conducts employment background checks to prospective applicants prior hiring Follow up Medical Examination results of hired applicants to Manaoag Clinic Enrolls newly hired employees to government agencies (ER2/R1A/MDF/1902) Process BDO cash card application for newly hired employees and replacement for lost ATM card Counterchecks of Daily Time Records (DTR/Log sheets) and OT forms Interview applicants Follow up applicants for vacancies Coordinates all issues and concerns encountered from time to time Reviews billing statement such as payroll and remittances Monitor general list and the status of every applicants Prepares and remits monthly contribution and salary loan of the following PAG IBIG (HDMF) - every 10th of the month through online payment using BPI BIZlinkSOCIAL SECURITY SYSTEM (SSS) - every 30th of the month with generated PRN through OTC payment at SSS branches and/or accredited banksPHILIPPINE HEALTH INSURANCE CORP. (Philhealth) - every 10th of the month together with generated SPA through accredited banks Verify and filing of Loan applications for PAG IBIG and SSS Facilitates processing and releasing of government mandated benefits such as loans, sickness and maternity benefits availed by employees Process and monitors SSS reimbursement claim Reconciles SSS reimbursements with accounting department Prepares Philhealth documents and certifications (CF1/CSF) as needed for hospitalized employees and their dependents Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications: Flexible Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent problem solving skills Microsoft Office proficient Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology/ Human Resources or any related field. Required language(s) English, Filipino At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
