Garnering a passing rate of 88.19%, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (Main Campus) showed impressive performance in the August 2019 Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examinations. Two other PUP campuses registered positive results—PUP Maragondon with an 84.48% passing rate, and PUP Taguig at 82.14%. A total of 326 PUPians passed the rigorous examinations.
Lone PUPian Imyre Ugnit Estillore placed seventh in the parallel Certified Plant Mechanic Licensure Exam. The PUPian from Taguig Campus gained an 81.35% rating in the certification exam. Full results may be accessed in www.prc.gov.ph. ###
