The Jesus V. Del Rosario Foundation Inc. (JVRFI) conducted a “meet and greet” with its scholars, alumni, and officials from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs and Services (OVPSAS) on December 13 at the JVR Foundation Building.
The event included an orientation session, inspirational sharing from alumni, a thanksgiving program, discussions on career partnership and other partnership opportunities, and the promotion of scholarships, particularly for students under the Education-On-Wheels (EOW) program.
JVRFI Executive Director Gina O. Bulanhagui welcomed everyone and expressed deep pride and emotion in witnessing the achievements of their scholars-alumni. Deputy Director Kana R. Manglapus provided a comprehensive overview of the foundation’s history, accomplishments, services, and ongoing programs.
Tina Roque, Program Manager, presented the benefits and obligations of the scholarship program, ensuring clarity for scholars. On behalf of OSFA, Engr. Ana Liza R. Publico expressed gratitude for JVRFI’s continued support and partnership, while Engr. Florinda H. Oquindo extended thanks and appreciation from the OVPSAS, emphasizing the impact of the foundation’s efforts.
Josephine A. Peren used the opportunity to promote the Education-On-Wheels program, highlighting its importance in addressing student needs and supporting their academic and personal development.

We wish your foundation more power and blessings,” Engr. Florinda H. Oquino, Assistant to the Vice President for Student Affairs and Services and Director of Alumni Relations and Career Development, shared during the session.
The PUP delegation included Zuriel Aguilar, Benefactor Coordinator; Leonel Enriquez, Chief for Private Funded Scholarships and Financial Assistance Program; while Jeck Mena, Program Supervisor completed the delegation for JVRFI.
