The College of Education faculty members have made significant contributions to research, spanning a diverse array of topics within education, technology, and the social sciences. Their research covers themes such as teachers' readiness and acceptance of new instructional methods, the impact of online learning and digital tools on student engagement and performance, and the role of soft skills in employability. Some studies focus on the challenges faced by educators and students during the pandemic, including the digital divide, online internships, and remote learning. Other research explores the antimicrobial properties of natural substances, the social and emotional development of students, and the effectiveness of various teaching strategies and assessment methods. Additionally, the research includes studies on the influence of cultural, social, and linguistic factors on education, as well as the implementation of disaster readiness and risk reduction courses.

The CoEd 5th International Research and 10th Guro Awards is an annual undertaking of the College of Education in celebration of its Founding Anniversary. It is an avenue to gather all students in the undergraduate, graduate studies, and faculty members from different HEIs and international partners with research works in different fields of specialization, namely: English, Math, Filipino, Social Studies, Elementary Education, Technology And Livelihood Education (TLE), Information Technology Education (ITE), Teacher Education and Library and Information Science (for undergraduate, graduate studies and faculty members). The research papers of these researchers will be presented orally via Zoom. Since it is tagged as “Research and Guro Awards,” best research papers and best presenters will be given recognition at the end of the event.
The College of Education faculty's research has achieved significant recognition, with their work cited in prestigious databases such as Scopus and Web of Science, highlighting its global impact and academic rigor. Their studies are also accessible through platforms like Google Scholar, Philippine E-Journals, and the Open Journals System, ensuring widespread dissemination and influence in the fields of education, technology, and social sciences. Additionally, the inclusion of their research in platforms like Nepal Journals Online (NepJOL) highlights its international relevance and appeal.
One of the milestones of the College of Education was being awarded the most number of published research during the 118th Founding Anniversary of the University on November 3, 2022.
