Among the 32 MANILA BAYanihan awardees/partners were the Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI) of the Department of Agriculture (DA), Philippine National Police-NCRPO, National Center for Mental Health (NCMH), Local Governments of Makati and Pateros, Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) Federation of Navotas City, Payatas and Quezon City, and some organizations from the academe and private sector.
